How to collect your receivables in B2B sector

What is a monitoring invoice? When does a receivables collection process start and what are its basic phases? What is “soft” vs. “hard” collection?

Within this year’s CSR program with the aim of educating the entrepreneurs in the domain of receivables management, EOS Matrix Serbia entered into a strategic partnership with the Serbian Chamber of Commerce by holding free-of-charge workshops for its members. Enterprise Europe Network, Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Regional Chamber of Commerce in Novi Sad and EOS Matrix Company organized the first in the series of joint workshops planned for this year. The workshop was held in the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Novi Sad and was attended by the Novi Sad’s representatives of Excellence SME Group of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.

What is a monitoring invoice? When does a receivables collection process start and what are its basic phases? What is “soft” vs. “hard” collection? What is the workflow of the judicial receivables collection and when do the sales of receivables become the only solution? These and similar questions were discussed by Jelena Jović, Operative Director of EOS Matrix and Jovana Popović, Director of Legal Department, at the workshop entitled “Collecting receivables in B2B sector”.

Participants of the next workshop will be hosted by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce in their Belgrade premises, and another series of 12 workshops is planned for year 2017 to be held in major Serbian cities.
