Experiences of Our Colleagues:

Jelena, General Manager:

EOS is my first employer, a company that opened unlimited opportunities for personal and professional development immediately after my studies. I was fortunate to start my career at a company that recognizes hard work and the desire to advance. Many of my colleagues are now in high managerial positions, which confirms how EOS is open and focused on employee development, providing opportunities for advancement within a stable and diverse system. My personal example confirms this: with dedication, hard work, and the support of a great team, I've progressed from an entry-level position as a telephone operator to the role of General Director. EOS is focused on people, developing employees through support and opportunities to fully realize their potential. I am happy to be part of a team that values support, solidarity, and recognizes the quality of each employee, ensuring equal growth opportunities based on merit and professional engagement.
Selena, Workout Manager:

I have been working at EOS since 2011, and I can safely say that I have grown and developed professionally along with the company itself. The past 14 years have brought many business challenges, but the sense of security and stability in the company's operations has always been present. EOS is a company that knows how to appreciate and value knowledge, hard work, effort, collegiality, creativity, innovation, commitment, and the contribution of all employees to the overall success of the business, which is also the basis for advancement opportunities. Above all, I would highlight the people at EOS, the colleagues I work with, and the great team and friendly atmosphere we have nurtured over the years, which makes our work much easier. Even after so many years, EOS Matrix still offers me the opportunity to expand my knowledge and sets challenges that motivate me to push my boundaries every day.
Marko, Corporate Lawyer:

As a corporate lawyer, I appreciate the opportunity to work within a dynamic company that adapts to market challenges. Each day brings new legal challenges that encourage me to use my knowledge and skills in the best possible way. EOS fosters teamwork, which suits me well, and the work environment provides opportunities for professional development and career advancement. My work is recognized, and I regularly receive positive feedback, which makes me feel good within the team. What I would highlight is the open culture of communication, so I regularly receive feedback about my work from both superiors and colleagues. EOS offers me numerous opportunities for professional development. Regular training and education allow me to stay updated with the latest legal trends and regulations. The feeling that my work contributes to the success of a company dedicated to ethical business practices and sustainable development makes my job extremely fulfilling. I am proud to be part of a team that shares the same values and vision.
